DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?
Counseling is an investment in yourself and your relationship. During our initial call, I will ask questions so I can understand what prompted you reach out to me, find out some information about your needs and listen to your goals for coming to see me. The fee and session time for counseling services depends on which type of service you need: couple, family or individual. In our initial phone conversation, we will decide if we are a good match for each other and I will answer your questions about my services including fees and availability. HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?
45 - 50 minutes.
DO YOU OFFER ONLINE COUNSELING.
Due to COVID-19, we are practicing social distancing.
But since relationship struggles or mental health struggle are not on hold until the pandemic passes, the perfect solution is online therapy.
Online Counseling gives you and your relationship the personal attention an office visit would offer in the comfort and privacy of your own space. We use a HIPPA compliant software compliant with any device without the need to download anything.

At this time I do not accept insurance but will work with you to meet your financial needs.

ABOUT ME
I am a Marriage and Family therapist License in the State of Florida with nearly 6 years of experience working as a counselor. I have experience working with a variety of individuals and families of all ages. I am experienced in working with multiple issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem and confidence issues, relationship issues, trauma/PTSD.
My approach to therapy is one that focuses on providing a supportive and collaborative environment that allows you to grow and achieve your goals. I am is here to listen and care, but most importantly to challenge you on how you can grow. My primary modalities is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am here to empower you and highlight your strengths so you can grow into your best self.
